DEFECTIVE ITEMS - YOU MUST CONTACT US AT ONCE IF YOU HAVE A DEFECT IN YOUR ITEM - please note Normal wear and tear and not using correct washing instructions DO NOT APPLY! We inspect ALL items before sending out - please inspect your package immediately after opening and email us ASAP!
We accept Returns on regular priced items with ORIGINAL RECEIPT, & TAGS STILL ATTACHED , and item in ORIGINAL condition WITHIN 7 days for store credit or exchange. Items need to be SMOKE FREE, No stains (makeup/deodorant), and NO signs of PET HAIR. We have the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards. Please provide phone number and name in package so we can call you to verify we have received the return and notify you of your credit. Please ship with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items. Clearance/Sale items, Leggings, & Accessories are a FINAL SALE. No exceptions/No returns. Shoes are EXCHANGE ONLY and must have NO wear.

We provide dressing rooms at all shows. PLEASE try on items then and there. If you think you may need to exchange please speak with the salesperson at the show about a receipt so you will be able to exchange at store (same rules apply). You can use store credits at the shows (during store hours so we can verify credit). You can also exchange items at shows as long as it is within the guidelines.
